At Formtech Plastics we provide custom vacuum forming of thermoplastic materials. We can form HMWPE, HDPE, ABS, Styrene, Acrylic, Polycarbonate ,Vivac, Uvex and other formable materials in thicknesses from .020" to .375" in a variety of colours and surface finishes to meet our customers requirements. Forming equipment at Formtech allows us the capability of forming parts from sheet sizes as small as 12" x 12" to sizes up to 48" x 72" and a depth of draw up to 18".
Our customer base consists of a variety of companies from automotive, original equipment manufacturers,advertising companies, household products and outdoor and recreational products.
