The reproductions are formed using A.B.S. plastic available in five gauges: .020 .030 .040 .50 .060. The plastic is available in both gray and black. Prices vary according to the thickness used.

Formtech's machines have the capacity to create reproductions in size ranging from 2"x2" to 6'x12'
