At Formtech Plastics we provide custom vacuum forming of thermoplastic materials. We can form HMWPE, HDPE, ABS, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, Vivac, Uvex and other formable materials in thicknesses from .020" to .375" in a variety of colours and surface textures to meet our customer requirements. Forming equipment at Formtech Plastics allows us the capability of forming parts from sheet sizes as small as 12" x 12" up to 48" x 72".
